Well first the news said ALL day yesterday that Salem was supposed to get a 2-3 inches of snow this morning so naturally I wake up checking all through the night and to my surprise, nothing.
Vin and I stayed up a little late last night watching HGTV. We are kind of addicted to the home selling shows on that channel as nerdy as it sounds. Since we have bought our home we have learned some neat ideas about decorating and fixing it up a bit. Since it's brand new there isn't too many upgrades to do but we still want to paint and snazzy up the front and backyard a little when summer comes. I can't wait to get the baby room all done! I bought some baskets from Target that are the exact colors I want on the wall so all we have to do is have it matched and then get painting! Tyler (one of our close friends) is going to install some crown molding and chair rail to make her room look extra beautiful. I'm really excited! Speaking of the little bundle of joy I have noticed her moving SO much stronger lately. She is getting so big inside my tummy it's making her more smooshed. I love her little pushes and kicks. She is precious!
I've been doing laundry and cleaning all morning now I am sitting on my bum watching what not to wear. Luckily my baby is home too keeping me company. I am a baby when it comes to being away from him. I get lonely when he's away from me! This weekend he's headed to the beach for a church staff retreat so Jessica, the youth pastors wife, and I are going to hang out while out hubbs are out of town. Luckily it's only for Sunday.
It's a beautiful day today even though there isn't snow. I am going to get around and make us some lunch!
