Cookies for breakfast?!

I woke up this morning to my darling cooing daughter and the HUGE craving for one of the sugar cookies I baked last night. Shoot. There goes my plan to eat healthy today! I guess I can try again tomorrow.

It's funny, being a stay-at-home momma. I get bored. I'll admit it. Cleaning your house DOES get old after a while. I know that sounds almost impossible but trust me, laundry, dishes, vacuuming, wiping, dusting.... it all gets pretty old. You know what else gets old? Never putting on make-up, or doing my hair. Digging through my cloths to try and desperately find something to fit me! Last fall I was pregnant and the Fall before that I was a lot smaller than I am now, which in turn means this year= no clothes that fit me. I think it's time to stop wearing my maternity jeans and sweaters. Besides, it doesn't exactly make me feel good about myself to wear them. Oh this post has turned into a pitty party for me. Oh well. That's what a blog is for right? Venting and writing whatever you want? Thanks goodness for it.

On another note, drum roll please............................................... Cohen has mastered rolling over! She is like a little rolling pin! It's adorable. Also, she has a yucky stuffy nose and cold. I feel so sad for her :-(

Ok, time for another cookie.

out like maternity clothes after you have a baby,
kesh.

Kesha,

I'm totally right there with you! I made rice krispy treats a few days ago and have watched the entire pan slowly disappear... have we had visitors? no. Was my husband eating them? maybe one or two? Yikes.

I'm having the same clothing dilemma too, where nothing fits me well and yet my closet is packed with clothes. Though it's fun to rediscover some of the clothes I forgot I owned and start wearing them again.

During my maternity leave, I've been able to read a few books - usually while nursing. Good luck finding more things to do, though sewing is a good hobby too.

Hey,
As I read this blog it dawned on me. I am a stay at home mom too. And I am a little bored here and there. Hu...We should totally get together.

Hey Becca! How is being a momma? How long will you stay home with your little one? I don't think I ever asked her name!?
