Finding the motivation....

This morning I have not had much motivation. Last night I had a traumatizing experience with a raccoon someone had hit and left to die in the road. Since God made me an extreme animal lover there was no way I would just let speeding cars hit him over and over. Besides he was alive still, and I knew he was very hurt. It really made me sad to watch him lay there helpless breathing fast, bleeding from his little mouth. I wished I had a way to take away his suffering. The woman who hit him was frantic as she was late for work and couldn't stay so I told her to call the Salem Police so they could move him. Being pregnant I wasn't about to attempt to move a notorious rabies infested animal. Not saying he had it but chances were good he did. The neighbor lady watched and got a white towel to put over him so he was more visible to cars. We stayed but no cops showed and after about 10 minutes the little guy knew he had to get out of the middle of the street so he got up slowly and made his way to the curb, with a little nudge I helped him up and off he went into the bushes. I know his fate and it bothered me I couldn't help him more. I was up all night sad. I think it took me about 3 hours to fall asleep.

Anyway this morning I was feeling my usual nauseated and sick. After I ate some cereal and was feeling a little better I heard a strange sound and walked into the living room to my cat puking his guts out all over the ground. Well that didn't fly to well with me so sure enough I puked my guts out too. There went my breakfast! I never thought I would ever be sensitive to bodily fluids! I was a CNA for crying out loud! I guess it's just part of being pregnant.

Anyway I have a long list of things to finish here at work so I better get to them! Tomorrow I get to hear my baby's heart beat! I can't wait!

God Bless!

I'm sorry you're still feeling so sick! Are you going to find out the sex of the baby before it's born?

Awww what a horrible experience!

We had our dog (Chihuahua) mate with a neighbors/friends dog last summer, 4 puppies were born, and just before they were six weeks old, Parvo hit their home. They breed Chihuahuas so they had like 12 all together. 5 ended up dying, (could have been so much worse) It looks like the rest will be fine, but it's so hard to watch animals suffer and die. And so many people think nothing of it.

First time hearing babies heart beat is SO incredible. Makes it so much more REAL!

With my first child, I had morning sickness for over six months, day and night. It was aweful. Still can't figure out how I gained 60 pounds. Lol

Take care!

hahahahaha! I know I feel like I can't eat anything, or when I do it's cereal and I keep putting on the pounds! I guess your body will do what it needs :-) I'll have to wait and be vain after the baby is born! Sad about the puppies, our neigbors dog had parvo and we were so scared our puppy would get it! Thank The Lord he didn't.
