It was HOT today! Over 90 and it was a little rough but luckily Cohen and I headed to my mom's house and filled our kiddy pool and laid back to get a little sun! The pool is was just big enough for me to float on a long float device. It felt good! Grandma took care of Coco and mom got to soak in some sun! We mis Dad today. He works ALL day! I saw him a little this morning and that was all. I hope we can spend a little more time together tomorrow :-)
My exercise regimen has been going great! I have lost 4 lbs in a week :-) I love how I feel and I love working out!
anyway, I am sweating to death so I think I will take off!
