I'll give you a love song....

Today is one of those days. I'm sitting in my robe, drinking water, eating some cookies and watching Keith Ablow. It is 1:00 pm and I am very content being where I am, on the couch waiting for the load of Vin's undershirts to finish washing so I can put them in the dryer. I will get up and take a shower eventually. I'm enjoying feeling Choen kicking and moving around in my tummy.

I'm on Worship team this week so I have practice tonight. That reminds me, I have to make some rice crispy treats! I love singing with Vin. It's something special we can do together and serve the Lord together. Speaking of singing, Vin recorded a song he wrote me at a studio here in Salem. It was one of my birthday presents from him. I wish I had a way to put it on my blog so everyone in the world could hear it! I'm so lucky to have a husband with such an amazing gift to sing.

This is a very crucial time in life for Vin and me. We have to trust The Lord so much. Each month gets harder and harder and with Cohen coming so soon and so many things we need to get for her and need to prepare for her the pressure is on for sure. Naturally I am a worry wart and I tend to lean towards stressing out, but with a baby in me who can also feel my emotions I am choosing to sit and relax and allow God to take on my load of stress. I know we will get the things we need and I know we will have them in time for our precious little girl.

So we had a WONDERFUL trip to Canada to visit the family! The drive was very long and tiring but it was worth it. We really love spending time with His family. They really went all out and made my birthday so special. I really appreciate them so much! I can't wait until we can take Cohen with us and share her with them. She'll be here in less than 3 months! I can hardly stand it! Anyway Sorry I don' have the patience to write as much as I want... so maybe later I'll continue :-)

God Bless!

Congratulations on having a baby girl in three months. Little girls are fun for so many reasons. She'll be yummy for sure

In stead of relaxing and watching t.v. in the middle of the day and 'hoping faithfully' that God will provide... Have you thought about working more? Cash pays bills.

Wow, that was really harsh! Seriously, this is her blog to express herself, not to be jumped on my random folks.

That's why there's a 'comment' section. I'm a working mother of two and I know first hand God helps those who help themselves. He gave you the ability to work so you must take initiative. It's nothing against this girl but at the commercial says, "Life comes at you fast..." Welcome to the reality that real-life is not a fairy tale.

Are you kidding me? Kesha is a hard worker. I'm a working mother of 3 and I think she works hard, so there!

Anyway, Kesha Darling -- what stuff do you guys still need for the baby? Give me some ideas. Oh.. and put your feet up ;)

I wonder if you would have that kind of sarcasm and judgment if you weren't anonymous. Kesha works her tail off in so many ways -- and she does make money for our family. So you might want to get some facts before you make idiotic comments like that.

I work from home and bring in as much as I can being 7 months pregnant. Not many places are hiring someone who will leave in less than 2 months. I was having a nice day of rest after a long drive home from Canada, catching up on cleaning and laundry etc. Anyway, I do what I am able to do and trust God for the rest. I'm sorry but you don't me or my life.

I think the person who wrote that comment is obviously feeling miserable about their own situation in some way or is just logging random comments for shock value because they are bored and haven't got anything better to do. Hopefully the person who left the comment will find happiness so that they can start feeling positive. God said not to worry about things, so Kesha is trusting like He said to do... He said look at the birds and the flowers and how He takes care of them, etc etc... Also, on a purely practical level, its up to Kesha and Vin how they choose to operate as a couple. None of our business. But very nice business to share in on this blog. Keep up the good work!
