Fall fills the air with an imminent and impatient appearance. The trees have not yet surrendered their beautiful colored leaves to the ground. Why would they! They have spent all summer preparing for their time to shine in brilliant shades of green, yellow, red, purple, and orange. I wouldn't let go either. I love the cold dry air and the foggy crisp mornings. At last my beloved season has come!
Along with fall comes Halloween, which I love! Soon after Thanksgiving, which I also love! And best of all Christmas, which usually means the end of fall is here and Winter has arrived. I am glad Christmas is our preview into Winter as it gives us something to be excited about and draws our attention away from the rain and cold to come for months and months!
I'm sitting in front of my work desk sipping a hot mug of apple cider. I've given up my right to the every day latte while the little bundle of joy grows inside me. I think it has been good for me to withdraw myself from so much caffeine.
I'm in a daydream mood this morning. I can't stop dreaming about living in our new home! I keep imagining candles lit and clean laundry being folded while I watch TLC. Something yummy is baking in the oven. It's clean and tidy and smells beautiful! I am dreaming about our nursery! I can't wait to know who is inside my tummy! I am getting excited to be a mommy. It's going to be precious!
Anyway I better get back to doing some real work!
Ps. I miss my husband LOTS today!~

Ahhh... that was the sweetest entry ever. i felt like i was reading a book, you can capture the true essence of fall in words... spectacular.

I just read your blog for the first time in a while, and JUST learned you and Vin are having a baby! I want to congratulate you and your husband! How wonderful!
I can't tell you, ( I am not really sure why) the excitement I feel, knowing (From blogs and Church) what GOD has been doing in your life with Vin. I think it just brings great joy!
I enjoyed worship this past sunday so much. As did my husband. He doesn't usually comment much on Worship, but did Sunday as he also was touched.

Hi Becky! Thanks for reading my blog :-) And thanks for such encouraging words. We are so excited about the baby. I am praying the morning sickness lets up a little soon. I get to go hear the heart beat tomorrow and I can't wait!
