Happy Easter <3

So I took a very very random trip to Canada with my friend Vin for a few days. It was about a 15 hour drive. Man, I'll tell you after driving about .08% of the trip, I was pretty tired ;-) Yeah, Vin drove most of the way and I should have driven more.
He is from Calgary which is such a beautiful city! It was so much fun. I enjoyed meeting his family, eating really the best sushi I have ever had, and drinking really awesome bubble tea from Banana Jaks. Even just spending time with a new friend, it's never a bad thing to get to know someone better. I'm blessed to have been able to go. Well I was a tad sad that I spent Easter in the Car and in bed sleeping but Vin had to also so I didn't feel too alone.
I was thinking in the car driving home how amazing Gods love is for me, and everyone. How his love was shown through Christ and the cross. I feel like I have been learning a lot about what it means to trust the Lord and be confident not in myself but in his what I like to consider inevitable plan for my life whatever it may be. Yes Lord, I said whatever it may be, I just need find contentment in you and put my heart in your hands so that you may guard it from the hurts and disappointments I set myself up for. Thank you for the cross Jesus. I'll never understand completely how much it cost, but I desire with all my heart to Love and follow you.
Time for bed!!
